Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to plans bought for the $NIKEPIG Meme Machine (the "Service"), operated by the $NIKEPIG team ("we", "us", or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. How plans are paid
Plans are bought for a fixed period and paid on the Cardano blockchain in ADA, NIGHT or $NIKEPIG. Nothing auto-renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
2. Payments are final
Because blockchain payments cannot be reversed, completed plan purchases are final and we do not refund an active plan or credits already used, except where the law requires otherwise.
3. Payment problems
If your payment confirmed on-chain but your plan did not activate, you paid the wrong amount, or you paid twice for the same period, open a support ticket on Discord or email support@nikepig.com with your transaction hash. We will check it on-chain and, where we confirm an error, activate your plan or credit the duplicate period to your account.
4. Credits
Plan credits reset every 30 days and do not roll over. Credits from gift codes do not expire.
5. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU / UK) and immediate-performance waiver
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason.
Immediate delivery and waiver of the 14-day right. The Service delivers digital content and credits immediately. By purchasing and then starting to use the Service — including by generating any meme or spending any credits — you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the portion of the digital content already supplied and for any credits already used.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
